Blog Update #1

A Streetcar Named Desire.
Scene Five, Blanche's diary entry.

                                                                                                                                       4th August 1943.

Young, so young and vulnerable. Not like me, not anymore. Kissing his soft lips, I couldn't help but feel all my past and worries wash away, as though I were young and innocent again. Caught up in the moment, love seemed a dream, no man would want an old, wrinkly woman, and my looks are fading, no matter what Stella or anyone else says! Love has only always been temporary for me, running through life from one leaky roof to another. Lies, all the lies I have told to be where I am today! I have survived.  No courtesy, no understanding from my last delusional relative. Stella, she is young and Vulnerable, like i was. Oh, but Mitch! The wonderful bachelor, a free man! Who is kind and forever loving, someone I know that will give me a stable life after my looks and everything has left me; He will stand by my side. Unconditional love is all that I need.
